【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardestablishessafetyrequirementsforform,fillandsealpackagingmachinesandthefillingmachineswhichareparticularlyassociatedwiththem.Thisgroupofmachinesisdefinedindetailinclause3ofthisstandard,withdiagramsillustratingexamplesoftheprincipleofoperationofeachmachinetype.Howeverbriefly,thisstandardcoversthefollowingbroadgroupsofmachines:-horizontalform,fillandsealmachines;-verticalform,fillandsealmachines;-pre-madebagerectfillandsealmachines;-mandrelflexiblepackageorcartonform,fillandsealmachines;-cartonerect,fillandclosemachines;-thermoform,fillandsealmachines.Fillingmachinescommonlyfittedtoform,fillandsealmachinesincluding:-augerfillers;Thisstandarddoesnotcoverindetailthesafetyorhygienehazardsassociatedwiththeproductswhichmaybehandledonform,fillandsealmachines,butdoesincludegeneraladvice.Thisstandarddoesnotcoverthermoformingmachines.ThesemachinesarecoveredinprEN12409.Thisstandarddoesnotcoverblowmould,fillandsealmachines.ThemainhazardsandsafetyrequirementsforthesemachinesaredescribedinEN422.Thisdocumentisnotapplicabletoform,fillandsealmachineswhicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofitspublicationasEN415-3:1999asamended.-volumetriccupfillers;-volumetricpistonfillers;-counters;-gravimetricfillers(weighers).Thisstandardcoversthesafetyrequirementsformachinedesign,construction,installation,commissioning,operation,adjustment,maintenanceandcleaning.ThispartofEN415appliesprimarilytomachinesmanufacturedafterthedateofissueofthisstandard.
