【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardprovidesagenericrequest/reply-orienteddataaccessmechanismforapplicationsfromindependentsupplierstoaccessCIMdataincombinationwithIEC61970-402:CommonServices.AnapplicationisexpectedtousetheGenericDataAccess(GDA)serviceaspartofaninitialisationprocessoranoccasionalinformationsynchronizationstep.GDAisgenericinthatitcanbeusedbyanapplicationtoaccessanyCIMdata.GDAisalsogenericinthatitalsoprovidesabackendstoragemechanismindependentquerycapabilitythatcanbeusedtofacilitatethecreationofCIMdatawarehouses.Thisspecificationprovidesasimple,conciseservicethatmeetsthefunctionalityrequirementsofcurrentandfutureapplicationswhile:tl~avoidingunnecessarycomplexity;~notrequiringanyspecificdatabasetechnologyforimplementation.Thisserviceisdesignedtosupportinteractionwheretheapplicationorsystemrequestinginformationisdeveloped,supplied,maintained,oroperatedbyaseparateagencyfromtheapplicationsupplyingthedata.Furthermore,theupdateportionofthisserviceassumesthatitisundesirableforonesystemtodirectlywriteintoanother1).Tosupporttheseobjectives,theGDAcapabilitiesaredividedintothreecategories:a)readaccess;b)updateaccess;c)changenotificationevents.Itshouldbenotedthattheupdateportionofthisservicedoesnotsupportunconditionalaccesstocriticalreal-timedata.Rather,theupdateportionallowsarequestingapplicationtoaskfordatatobechangedinaserviceprovider,buttheserviceproviderisundernoobligationtocarryoutthatchangeatanyparticulartime.Furthermore,apositiveresponsefromtheupdateservicedoesnot~indicatethattheupdatehasoccurred,butonlythattheserviceproviderhassuccessfullyreceivedItherequestandthattherequestissyntacticallyandsemanticallycorrect.GDAcouldbeclassifiedasanEnterpriseInformationIntegration(Ell)technologyadapterspecializedtothepowerindustryviatheassumeduseoftheCIM.ThereareanumberofEllproductscurrentlyavailableonthemarket,butthereisnoacceptedcross-platformstandardforwritingconnectorsfortheseproductsandoveralltheseproductsdonottakefulladvantageofacommonsemanticmodelsuchastheCIM.InrecommendingGDA,WG13isrecommendingastandardEllconnectormodelintheformofasimpler,lessexpensive,andmorespecializedinterface.
