【摘要】:Thistestmethodisusedforthedeterminationoftitaniuminnickelalloysamplesbymolecularabsorptionspectrometrytocheckcompliancewithcompositionalspecifications.Itisassumedthatallwhousetheprocedurewillbetrainedanalystscapableofperformingcommonlaboratoryproceduresskillfullyandsafely.Itisexpectedthattheworkwillbeperformedinaproperlyequippedlaboratoryandthatproperwastedisposalprocedureswillbefollowed.AppropriatequalitycontrolpracticesmustbefollowedsuchasthosedescribedinGuideE882.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationoftitaniuminnickelalloysintherange0.3%to5.0%.Withappropriatereferencematerials,thetestmethodmaybeextendeddownto0.05%.1.2Molybdenum,ifpresent,maycauseahighbiastotheextentof0.001%titaniumforevery1%molybdenum.1.3ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Forspecifichazardsassociatedwiththeuseofthistestmethod,seePracticesE50.
